Great location, pitty about the food.. ordered oyster mornay and received oysters with what was very obviously cheese slices grilled on top & some chives.. $3 each !!!!! For grilled cheese!

Seafood platter was very disappointing packet calamari & fish ( like you can but from aldi.) Given its a costal location, fresh SHOULD have been a given.
Waitress was lovely but pushed to get main meal as soon as possible & then all food arrived at the same time.. only 2 other tables there so don't really understand why we were rushed.
We won't be back, should have twigged when it was the only place with so many tables free!!!

Very slow service. Waited an hour for meals. Meals were not bought together. Food is poor quality and not fresh. Spoke to the owner who told us he would 'think about it'. Do yourself a favour and walk past this place!

yuk. over half hour wait in near empty restaurant for a $24 double burger w chips and salad- possibly the smallest burger I've ever seen. For that price I expect hand cut chips and in house sauce/mayo, pickles, amazing cheddar, some caramelised onions perhaps? My teenage son was gobsmacked when it arrived. The tiny burger came with gluey cheap bottle mayo and not much else. A slither of packet bacon and some lettuce and a slice of tomato. Small serve of pre frozen chips. This restaurant claims on its website to deliver quality house made and locally sourced food.
We had to ask for the salads and our waiter was friendly but clueless. There was no 'service'. Dishing up a burger on a bread board and chips in a basket does not warrant a $24 price tag, you simply cant polish a turd.
I had the $23 fish burger. Dry, unseasoned. No toppings beyond some lettuce and tomato. Very disappointing. The seats were uncomfortable and the kitchen was dirty. It wasnt until we left and walked further up the street we saw all the other restaurants were packed with locals. Dont go here.
