Great coffee and baguette salad roll. More importantly the customer service from the guy at the counter was to be commended. Very welcoming and obliging. Noticed the positive manner I which all the staff interacted with the customers

Terrible customer service, very impolite. The cakes are too sweet that they taste like sugar instead. Iced chocolate doesn't have ice. Not recommended at all.

Basically summed up as per subject. Me and wife had pies, a scallop pie and a bacon and egg pie for breakfast.

Both pies were delicious and we would definitely come here again for a pie breakfast! They also do toasties, sandwiches and bread rolls.

Location is easy to get to in the heart of Launceston. 4 out of 5 stars just missing a bit of enthusiasm with front counter staff. Must have just been the humidity or something, all the staff we spoke to seemed a bit sad looking and not that keen. Otherwise food and promptness of service was great!

We ate lunch here on our first day in Tassie and we are back again on our last. I had the smoked Tasmanian salmon pita toasted which was delicious and a large coffee, tasted nice and actually large!! Nice!

We have visited three Banjos cafes during our trip, the other two were very good. I am not quite sure how it is possible to completely mess up serving a cup of tea but they managed it. Dirty tables, unfriendly lackadaisical service, such a shame to so poorly represent a brand.
