Had not been to this cafe before. It was very full, all street tables full, same inside it seemed, on a mid-morning Saturday.
We gave our order and were instructed to take a table in a small area down a small walkway alongside the cafe. It was very cosy and private as we were the only ones there. There were books and magazines to read, as well as Wi-Fi, while our Chai Lattes were made. The Lattes were excellent and each came in a pot that gave an extra cup. Wonderful! We also shared an almond Croissant that was like from a French Patisserie. Very friendly service. Will come again.

Recommended by Lonely Planet to stop by. The coffees were so delicious we deliberately passed through Launceston on the way back just for another round. The pastries looked amazing in the cabinet but didn't quite live up to the standard of the coffees.

Great for a coffee and a pastry, light lunch, try the buttermilk pancake. Great communal tables, service a bit slow.

We loved the amazing buttermilk teff pancake!- thank you to the owner (Arch) for insisting we try the unusual but delicious teff seeds from her native country! It was a very nice gesture.

We would make this our regular cafe stop if we lived in the area!
