As advertised and expected. Great steak, good service. Fairly priced. Disappointing that they don't sell Boag's despite being next door to the brewery. No on-tap beer.

Party of 16 for child's birthday. Little option for vegetarians in party. Meal sizes Ok. Steaks were tasty but overpriced. Coffee was weak as!
Prices had risen since last visit. Kid's enjoyed it.

Eight of us sat down to a late lunch on Sunday 11 th December .
Whilst the service was good the food was a little disappointing . We were told only 2 serves of the slow cooked steak was available, even though we had booked a week previously and especially requested it.
We ordered them but those who ordered steak couldnt tell the difference between the slow cooked and the immediately cooked .All complained the meat was tough and tasteless. I had crumbed flathead with chips and salad ,which was adequate,Three others had chicken and vegs which they enjoyed . We also shared two trifles .
The total cost with 4 beers and 8 soft drinks came to $314.00
For this type of money ,I expect much better.

Very pricey steaks ($45+) for a chain restaurant. Good service, quick meals but very pricey and decor is a bit tacky.
Good for large parties of people but a better steak can be found nearly anywhere else in Launceston.

Visited for dinner on Wednesday 23rd November. Called in on Tuesday 22nd Nov for dinner but they were very busy and had sold out of their steaks. We had one drink , then booked for the next night. When we arrived on Wednesday we were greeted by the same waitress who remembered us from the night before. The service was superb, the steaks cooked to perfection. We loved the layout of this Hoggies and were suitably impressed with the service from all staff present. We couldn't help but notice that all staff were particular with how they treated customers and with little details of how they served and cleared tables afterwards. We thought our Hoggies in Caloundra was great but I just think Launceston maybe just a little bit better, well done to the team at Launceston.
