Good value budget hotel. Only issue with my suite was no extractor fan in the dated bathroom. Everything else in the room was modern. The location is slightly outside the centre of town but still not far to walk to restaurants & shopping. The walk is also made more pleasant by going through city park.

The location is very close to city park which is beautiful. The hotel facility here is great, new and modern. The room is clean and comfortable. I had a beer at the hotel bar and overall is quite good.

Quite enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Launceston. It was directly across from City Park which is a must visit!! The hotel was quite noisy with traffic as it is on a main road. Good price for the room and what we got, however our shower and bathroom taps did not work in the morning. It appeared that works were being done in the room next door which is why we had no water.
