Used this place as a stop over on the way to Jervis bay form Sydney. We were expecting something pretty Standard.
When we got to our room, it was a huge one bedroom apartment. We literally couldn't believe the space.
Also the view over the golf course, on to the beach and the ocean was spectacular.
The price was very reasonable.
The only downer, was for a brief 5 mins we heard them mowing the golf course at 5am.

This place offers ocean views, has a great little bistro and bar area. Accommodation is simple and clean with plenty of space. We stayed here for a wedding and were very impressed by all the staff we came into contact with.
Right next to WIN Stadium if you are going to see a game. Golf course on-site along with a Pro-Shop.
Aldi and Maca's about a 8 min walk from the hotel.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment which honestly has 2 seperate bathrooms which are bigger than most hotel rooms! The beds were excellent, comfy and large. No TV in the main bedroom, but a TV with foxtel in the lounge room. The kitchen was modest with plenty of cupboard space, toaster, microwave etc, though fridge was quite small for an apartment of this size. Decor was modern and the apartment felt like it was brand new! Very clean, with no complaints.
There is a nice restaurant and bar downstairs with great views of the golf course and beach, however all the window tables were 'reserved' for non existent 'members'. We asked if we could use just one table at breakfast out of 10-15 empty tables but were told they were 'reserved'. 90 minutes later when we left, not a single table had been occupied. Was the only disappointment to an otherwise excellent stay.

I am sorry about the seating issue at breakfast. This has been passed on to the Restaurant staff and this is currently being investigated. I am sorry you could not have the window seat.

I've stayed in many Best Westerns in the past. I've been staying in hotels for more than 10 years now for work. This review is exceptional for me:
We didn't know the Chekout time was so early (10 am). We assumed it was either 11 or 12 as usual. We missed it, it happens and I've had hotels deal with this several times. How did this hotel manage it?
They walked into the room twice, knocking only once, not even waiting for a response. The first time we clarified the check out time and said we'd be out shortly. The second time, only 5-10 mins later the Accomodation Manager walked right into the living room while we were getting dressed and yelled that we had to get out because other people needed the room. We said ok, can we please have 5 minutes and some privacy? She said she'd be back in 10 to retreive the room.
When we were checking out we asked why they didn't call before busting in the room and they said they did (looking down as if they'd just realized they should have). We had two phones in the room, I think we would have heard them. Then we said we understand we messed up but that there are ways to tell us without invading our privacy. She disregarded our polite inquiry and resorted to saying they had to go in to check we were ok. They never asked if we were indeed ok and she knew we had already replied saying we'd leave in 10 mins.
Then she showed us a fineprint of the contract where it said checkout was at 10. Not the best way to tell your customer. Usually the check in manager would tell you. She didn't.
We asked why she didn't call our mobile and she said she did, which she couldn't even locate.
She then proceeded to dismiss the whole thing saying it was no problem for them. Whatever that meant.
This was the same attitude of all the check out stuff. There were no guests waiting behind us and there was plenty of time for cleaning the room for the next party. Inexcusable way of handling this.

We do have standard times for check in and check out to ensure that housekeeping has enough time to present neat, clean welcoming rooms for all our guests. These maybe extended with notice and we are happy to do so. I understand that the situation that you experienced was not pleasant and disappointing.
The interaction you experienced was unsavory and we have taken action to remedy this occurrence. I apologise for the manner in which the communication was expressed and that the situation was not handled with more finesse. We have spoken with the staff involved and have taken actions to ensure this is not repeated.
