This hidden gem is a must for any coffee snob. The coffee is made on site and is always good. These people know their coffee. Plus it's always exciting to sit and watch them in the coffee lab through the window. :)

My husband and I went here recently for morning tea. My husband is a coffee snob and he took one sip of his flat white and declared it excellent! I had an ice chocolate which was flavorsome but I was surprised to see that it came out without any cream on top.

The atmosphere is very trendy with an industrial edge. The servers were friendly and being able to see into the factory where the coffee is roasted is pretty cool.

Only downside is the location (on a busy road) so it was hard to find and that parking was scarce when we went. But great coffee its worth the trek ;)

Still think of that roast beef sanga to this day. Loved the coffee with a tulip! Awesome to see the roasters in action

Thanks Trip Advisor - without the two reviews we certainly would not have found this little gem as it is nestled in an industrial area. We were staying at the Quality Suites Pioneer Sands in Towradgi, so it was seriously close.

The cafe has no kitchen so food is limited to cakes and foccacia, that were toasted, and fresh made rolls. We ordered a banana bread and an almond croissant. Also had a flat white - very good - and a hot chocolate, also very good. Bill $17.50.

The cafe also does barrista classes and obviously sells lots of ground coffee. Staff were very friendly and lots of people were having their morning hit of caffeine.

Kafe is awesome. They have the best coffee in Wollongong. The staff are always very cheerful, just what you want on your way to work. Their food is also exceptional. While they are not open for dinner their lunch food and breakfast is awesome. One Saturday a month they have breakfast and music. This too is awesome. It's a must visit for exceptional coffee and service.
