The room was large & clean but very tired looking. The lounge area could have instantly had a bit more atmosphere with the addition of some cushions and even a lamp. It all seemed very bare and a bit depressing. The first 2 wine glasses we pulled out of the cupboard had big cracks down the front. The pillows on the beds were awful also.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean but it needs some attention. I have stayed at other Mantras around Australia and this has to be the worst. It was quite disappointing.

The apartment was nice and clean, the staff were lovely. My company paid $240 per night and I was shocked to see that internet access was a further $10 per day, wireless access seems to be standard even in the dodgy roadside motels in regional Australia, it's shame that that this organisation is not onboard with that .The apartment was very bare, a painting or two would be nice. The place felt very spartan and cold, not a welcoming space at all.

Great room and clean hotel friendly staff and close to everything signed up for the member perks and was quite happy with the buffet breakfast and discount also underground parking was a reasonable price

Needs a make over,the kitchen utensils and necessities could all be bought new.They are well and truly been well used.The chairs at the dinning table were very heavy to move. The windows had cobwebs.The location was good and the staff wonderful and helpful

We enjoyed our stay. In general the staff were friendly and helpful. Need more staff on hand at breakfast as there was only one person cooking and serving at the same time. When we arrived the eggs and bacon had finished and we had to wait a while for the next batch to be cooked.
