We dined at Latin Loafer with the family before our matriarchs 90th. Other than waiting over an hour for food, this place is divine. Lost one star for time but can’t me along with this in mind. Highly recommended.

Found this place whilst walking around looking for somewhere ‘different ‘ to eat. What a find! A gourmet dining experience on the waterfront with staff who know their menu and are attentive, friendly and relaxed. The food was such a treat with fresh, unusual flavours. Highly recommend and will be back next visit to the Port. You must try the expresso ice cream!

Having lived in Port Macquarie for over a year, I can wholeheartedly say that the Latin Loafer has the best food in Port. The dishes have the complexity of flavour that you would expect in a fine dining restaurant, but without the stiff atmosphere. Bring a few friends so that you can try as many dishes as possible. The food is seasonal so you'll never get bored of the menu. Staff are friendly, attentive, and fun. I've visited many times with family, friends, and colleagues and we are bowled over every time! Gorgeous wines too, and the cocktails are divine.

The tequila, lime, and tabasco granita oysters are a showstopper - a must for all diners.

Superb service and delicious food. This is a lovely romantic restaurant. The waiter was perfection. The drinks were generous and the chef should be complimented.

Overlooking the marina this place has a good vibe. Friendly and attentive service. Good range of cocktails plus other drinks. Food was pretty good - we had a tapas selection. The standout was the roasted cauliflower. Pork belly had good flavour but was a bit dry, popcorn chicken was yum, paella was too salty for me. Churros with chilli chocolate sauce was great. A pleasant night out
