This was an unexpectedly truly great meal.
The service was friendly and attentive, but not overly so and helped make it a really enjoyable experience.
The 4 of us shared the seafood board followed by the cheese and meat board followed by some empanadas and pork albondigas (spicy meatballs) with a dessert board to finish.
Each course was beautifully and faultlessly served and presented.
We all enjoyed the couple of bottles of Argentinian tempranillo which went well with the tapas style food.

Last night we dropped in and luckily able to get a table outside in the verandah so we had a view of the water and boats.
The thing I love about tapas is you can order until you have had enough. The ceviche fish on toasted sour dough was a definite favourite and the carrots an beetroot up there too. We weren't so keen on the pork meatballs, they were nice but one was more than enough, good spice. Each dish was plenty for 2 to share. Also had a great Argentinian Malbec rose, perfect for a balmy evening.

Charming restaurant with beautiful vista. Friendly & attentive staff. Had oysters/polenta fries/empanadas all 3 dishes were excellent. Highly recommended.

Three of us visited Latin Loafer on a Saturday night for dinner. The night was really disappointing, although once our food eventually arrived, it was lovely. We booked and arrived for 7.30pm, and were seated on the verandah. Water was brought to our table which was luke warm, the sun was still up and it was hot - still over 30oC. We ordered drinks and I would estimate they took 15 minutes to come, one soda water, one beer and a pisco. We ordered some olives and a cheese board, olives were great, cheese board consisted of three tiny portions (each less than an inch in width) for $30. We ordered the garlic chicken and beef empanadas with the mushroom dish and the chickpea balls as sides, along with a salad. It was after 9pm and we were still waiting for our meal. Finally, I stopped a waitress, requested another drink (no, we had not been offered another) and asked her to kindly check on our meal. Ten minutes later, the m'aitre d came to us and informed us that our food was being plated. Another 15 minutes later and some of our meal arrived, along with somebody else's squid dish, which we sent away. The m'aitre d then came over and asked what we were still waiting on ?? Finally it turned up. As I said earlier, the food when we finally got it, was delicious. On paying our bill, we had been charged for 3 extra dishes which after we disputed, were removed. So very disappointing, obviously the chef and the kitchen are doing really great stuff, however the service, front-of-house, waitresses and m'aitre d need a good shake up ! Will not be returning
