I stayed here for one night either side of New Year on the way to and from Yamba.
The motel has newish owners, Lidia and Stan who are both delightful. Personally, the aspect I rate most highly wherever I stay, is cleanliness and here, it cannot be faulted.

To be brief, the room is a decent size with sofa and table; the bed was extremely comfortable; you could turn around in the bathroom and the “kitchen corner” was equipped with microwave and kettle.

The building’s not going to win any beauty contests but there is a lovely garden/gazebo area in which to sit and read or just contemplate your navel. The adjoining pool is relatively small but will keep kids happy and adults cool!

My only minor criticism is that my small balcony was carpetted for some reason and rain had made it very squelchy. Better to just leave it at concrete I think!

Location is good, rates are reasonable - a totally “thumbs up” review from me!

Older style motel unit but clean, spacious room, and comfortable bed with some basic kitchenette facilities including microwave, decent sink, tea and coffee making elements, plus table & chairs. Lady on reception very pleasant. Location couple blocks to beach& about a kilometre to city centre. Just a bit overpriced but was school holidays when we stayed.

Only one night in Port Macquarie. The complex is not too big and is arranged around a lovely private garden. Very comfortable bed (will be buying that mattress when time for new bed). Convenient for beach and Club. Ground floor unit meant we could keep our bikes safe. Highly recommended.

Stayed three nights, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean but very very outdated and in need if refurbishment, parking is dreadful, we actually had to park on The street for two nights as there were not enough parks. I requested extra coat hangers and was declined as there weren’t any! It was very well priced and well located but to oldfashioned and outdatedfor me to return

Not in the centre of town, but doesn't need to be. Everything's at hand for an overnighter. The club nearby has good food, there's a nice pool, garden and BBQ area. Parking's good, the room's are very comfortable.
