visited this whilst in Dunedin, they are in the process of doing it up, but you are allowed to go inside for a look, very lovely church.

It was very peaceful and quiet inside. The decor prob looked exactly the same when it was first built. There was only 1 large stained glass but overall I thought it was serene and peaceful and to see a piece of history of Dunedin.

The First Church is not far from the Octagon. At the time of our visit, they were renovating the church, but we could still enter. It is quite historic, and will probably be restored to its old grandor. The inside is like an oasis. If you can, walk around the gardens too.

One of Dunedin's iconic buildings. It is beautiful inside and out. If you can get in to have a look around it's even better.

We walked to the First Church from the Octagon. Renovations are in progress and it will be great when finish. The interior was lovely and very peaceful. Out the back behind the main Alter is a small room which houses a small history of the Church. Great to see.
