My husband and I are over 60 and neither of us have ever ziplined. Laurie, Harry and Courtney made it easy peasy! The views were amazing. We were confident that we were safe at all times so we could and did really enjoy it. Then the history and benefits were explained at the end and that just made it all the better because it is serving a great cause. Great afternoon! Do it, you won't regret it!

A solo trip for me as my partner wasn't keen.

Very friendly guides who were welcoming, knowledgeable, safe and professional. Even for someone who isn't perhaps their normal clientele (I am not a 20-something adrenaline junkie, but an over weight 40-somethung boring professional) I was made to feel very welcome.

Given the nature of the activity there was some emphasis in the safety aspects of the 1/2day. This was handled in professional and engaging manner (don't touch the metal!).

The tour never felt rushed nor made you feel as though you are just another client. The awareness of the tour and it's responsibility for their environment was a nice touch (they take justifiable pride in the work undertaken to eradicate invasive animals).

Definitely recommend - even for those who are not normally adrenaline junkies (although plenty of opportunity for those who are).

We were guided by Cheyenne and David on one of the best experiences we have enjoyed on a holiday. Great instruction that filled you with confidence, the Canopy tours team are the ultimate professionals. If you’ve never zip lined before you will amaze yourself at just what a “buzz” you will get. You’ll also learn a lot about the forest conservation schemes that your ticket helps sponsor. Best experience of our holiday, don’t miss the chance if you are in rotorua. Well worth the 5 stars!

Took a friend on the Ultimate tour and had a blast. Welcomed by Colin, the North Island Robin. We heard tui, kingfisher, fantail, robin and grey warbler. I enjoyed both tours. More chance for aerobatics on the original tour, speed on the Ultimate.
