Enjoyed my stayed for 2 nights! The bed is so comfortable and the room is really clean. The location is the best, downtown is just a few minute walk, and bus stop going to airport bus is just in across the road. The staffs are friendly too!

Spent two nights here. Lovely room. Best shower for the whole trip. Most comfortable bed we slept in the whole trip too. Undercover parking. Fairly close to everything, Bit of a trek up hill but helped to work off the great meals we ate. For the price we paid per night there are no complaints.

Lovely hotel close to the city centre. Our room had modern kitchenette facilities. It's good to have the option of cooking a meal up or make breakfast in the morning.
The Skybus from AKL airport has a stop quite close to this hotel.
Shower pressure was excellent, like being in a waterfall!

We stayed here as part of a group tour. The staff was very helpful, the hotel lounge was nice, the room comfortable and the location was good. Each room has a full kitchen including dishwasher. The bathroom was great and the ac was quiet and efficient.

A couple of tips:
1. Internet is free for 1 G in 24 hours. DO NOT opt for the 10 G free with sign in. That means you provide your email address which then gets sold - I did this and I'm still receiving massive amount of junk email.
2. Location - Auckland is very hilly and it is a very steep descent to the water front and a steep climb back up. Fine if you're fit and not in a hurry. Not so fine if your out of shape or have knee issues. There is a bus.

3. Lounge & Dining - because tour groups book in this hotel, don't count on dining in the hotel because the groups often book up the dining for the tour group. There is room service.
