The lady at the front desk is a credit to the company. She streamlined the check-in process, upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, sorted parking and did it all with a smile.
The room was dated, beds were uncomfortable, linen was tired and there were a number of things such as the kettle that didn’t work.
The Pre-authorisation at the front desk has still not been refunded two weeks after we stayed there. Such an archaic process, should just deduct $1 like most other hotels do.
