One of the things I look for in a restaurant is consistency. We have dined here a number of times and the paella has always been consistently great. It claims to be the best outside of Spain but I would go as far as as to say that I have had some in Spain which have fallen well below. Perhaps those who complain about it have never been to Spain! Have the one cooked in the big pans and wash it down with a glass of sangria.
