Very clean, quiet rooms. We had a room overlooking the carpark next door, but beyond that was the glorious views of the Derwent River. The room was very quiet. The hotel is central to the cbd, and to the wharf area where a lot of the cruises go from. Salamader market is a 10 minute walk. Botannical gardens is a half hour walk from the hotel. We had the continental breakfast each morning, healthy and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again, and would love to go back to this jewell of the south, that is Hobart. Tourist information is 5 min walk.
