Well..should of just gone to Coles and treated ourselves to the deli section. Every item on the antipasti platter was either from a jar or a can. Where's the passion? At least chargrill your own capsicum, or cure your own salmon. Not saying this was a awful experience, but chefs, where's your skills at!? Put down the can opener and pick up your knife! The restaurant is in a beautiful spot with a nice atmosphere and lovely staff and cocktails but diners come to experience things they can't make themselves.
