Went there for dinner tonight with wife and 10yo daughter.
I had the barramundi, wife had lamb burger and daughter had double cheese burger from kids menu.
Beers were cold, food was nice.
Nothing flash but plenty of choices.
Apart from the above, four beers and a soft drink and under $90.
Staff were friendly and courteous. Very diligent and attentive.

The beer is cold and the burgers are average. I stopped in one afternoon for a beer & burger. The bartender doubled as the host, server and bus boy. With only half a dozen patrons in the restaurant, they still managed to get our orders wrong. The bartender was a nice guy, just had to wear too many hats at once. I would give this place another try before giving up.

Just wow.
Okay, positive notes first - the food was massive portions for price. Lovely chap who served us was very attentive always making sure we had plenty of cold (ice cold! it was amazing) water & constantly checking in on us and all the other tables. He was quick to clear dishes and tend any needs.

Downfalls..
It pains me to say this after the lovely service but the ability to provide what was on the menu was dismal. A lot of items "unavailable" or "out of stock".
Way too much sauce on the ribs that we received which also meant a lot of wasted sauce at the end of the meal
Chips were okay - mediocre at best. Not super crisp or crunchy and when at the bottom of what appeared to be a whole bottle of sauce, soggy. Such a pity.
The Caesar salad. No. First of all, please wash your lettuce leaves if you are going to serve a full bowl of them with very little else. The crotons left much to be desired also. Lettuce looked old and possibly on the way to slimy

Thanks, but we probably won't return on our next trip

Ordered our drinks and meals. Got the drinks, waited about 40 minutes, no meals. Asked the server who had taken our order, if our food would be ready soon. She checked and came back to say to us, "There's nothing in the system. Did I take your order?" She hadn't taken our order to the kitchen and didn't even remember having taken the order! She asked us what we wanted and said she would order it now. No apology or explanation of any kind from either her or the man behind the bar. Too hungry to wait any longer, we paid for the drinks and left. And they had the gall to accept our payment for the drinks and still, no apology. Don;t go to this restaurant!

We were with a traveling group that were staying at the Darwin Hilton next door and we wander in unplanned. Eventually there were 6 couples at a table we pulled together. The Outback was busy but the wait staff managed to accommodate us as best they could. Service was good and the beer was cold.

This is not the "Outback" franchise that we're familiar with in the States but it was a very comfortable environment with reasonable good food. I believe that all twelve of our patrons were satisfied with their meals...from hamburgers, large salads and steaks.

I'd go back.
