We had an amazing lunch - delicious king fish and beef cheeks! Perfectly paired with their voignier and craft beer. We even checked out the cellar door and did a little tour of the winery and met the winemaker

We took our Over 50's group for lunch. We were looked after exceptionally well. The food was amazing as well as the service. Everything about this winery is beautiful. Including the views and the drive to the Winery.
Customer service is exceptional and our group have been talking about it since.
Thank you Kate for looking after us so well. We will definitely be back.

Took a leisurely drive up to beautiful Mt Mee to lunch at the fabulous Ocean View Estates. It was a stinking hot day but oh so lovely and cool sitting on the huge verandah surrounded by the trees and rolling hills around the winery Ocean View Estates is an award winning winery and brewery hosting weddings, winery tours, dining experiences and onsite accommodation. Only 45km from Brisbane we had a lovely drive through Samford Village and Dayboro to get here.
After we were settled on the huge verandah, a bottle of OVE Unwound Sparkling Chardonnay was promptly brought to our table, and with menus in hand we sat back, revelled in the cooling breeze and made our choices. For me, I couldn't go past the Miso braised lamb shoulder crepinette, with charred eggplant, miso, roasted cabbage and pea tendrils. It was incredibly delicious and the presentation was spot on
My other half chose the Sourdough fillet sandwich - rib fillet, mushrooms, jarlsberg, fresh pickled beets, onion jam, cos, caper, and crumb salad, chips, and aioli - not your average steak sandwich this one
Dessert for me was the Raspberry sorbet, umeshu red fruits, compressed watermelon, strawberry, grape, raspberry powder, and chocolate mint. For him - 'Beehive' Jack's fresh honeycomb, fennel pollen, honey ice-cream, chocolate soil, and honey puffed corn. Both equally scrumptious.
Everything was perfect. Friendly efficient service, delicious meals, and killer views. Well worth the drive up the mountain to experience this. A return visit - possibly for breakfast next time - is definitely in order

This was our second visit to the Ocean View Estate Restaurant and it was even better than I had remembered. The service is excellent, the location is stunning and the food and wine is simply amazing. Portion sizes are great, there’s plenty of variety and they cater well to dietary needs. This place is definitely underrated, and everyone in the Brisbane area should make the trip up for a visit. The drive ip is beautiful too so that’s an added bonus.

Do yourself a favour and visit this winery and restaurant.
This was our lunch destination for our 36th wedding anniversary and we could not have been more pleased!
The menu choice is amazing and the wines delightful.
We had the 12hour slow cooked brisket for two, which melted in one's mouth coupled with the delicious jus was just superb.
Starters was pecorino covered green olives, breadcrumbed and deep fried, just divine.
Do not avoid dessert.....honeycomb and honey ice cream made from local honey, well what can I say??
Their own Shiraz is very palatable forcing us to take a bottle home.
The service was excellent.
