$ 45 for unpowered sites for 2 people?????
Amenities are old and while taking showers water goes over all the toilets/bathroom areas making the floor very slippery. kitchen areas good and in working order.

Didn't stay at the station, however had a great meal break during our flight trip out to see Kings Canyon. We flew from Uluru to Kings Station, then a helicopter ride over Kings Canyon. During breaks we had great coffee in the cafe, and before returning to Uluru, we had a camel burger with fries. It was exceedingly tasty, wish we hadn't chosen to share, though there was enough for the two of us. Friendly staff in the cafe, though when we enquiries at reception about booking a caravan site, found the receptionist less than helpful. The amenities are clean. There is a friendly sulphur crested cockatoo to greet you.

Good place to get abused by owner. Been here twice and both times the owner/manager has been very rude and ruined my experience here. Food took a very long time only ordered chips and a bacon and egg sandwich.. They forgot about the chips I had ordered had to remind them, no apologies or anything. Lady in reception is nice and quick. Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Not even allowed a beer with your food! If you stay here make sure you don't run into the Manager his rude. Also lots of dogs running around not a nice look.

We stayed here as part of our Groovy Grape tour using the campground facilities and sleeping in our swags.

It was a quiet resort with pool facilities, shared communal showers and toilets and cooking facilities for those people coming on tours like ourselves.

You could purchase food and drink (including alcohol) at reception.

Great location for visiting Kings Canyon.

We stayed at the Old Drovers Camp with our two boys (aged 7 and 9) and it was hands down the highlight of our visit to Central Australia. Sleeping under the stars in the ultra comfortable swags, looking out at the escarpment and a totally delicious BBQ meal cooked by the wonderful Marco made for a special night. Don't forget to take some marshmallows for the kids to roast on the fire afterwards - so much fun. Our Kings Creek Station glamping experience was just the right mix of authentic outback accommodation and comfort. Our family made some wonderful memories to treasure.
