Din Tai Fun is scrupulously clean, fast chinese food cooked as you watch. Everything is totally fresh and steamed before you/ It's always busy and for good reason. The dumplings are delicious and filled not only with pork, or prawns, but also with sauce. The chicken with cashews and egg friend rice is very special.

Tried the fried rice with pork, Xiao long bao, sour spicy soup. Food was ok last year when we are there but this time it failed. Even their famed Xiao long bao and fried rice is not nice. The rice grain is hard unlike the usual version soft and fluffy, will not come back unless there is no other choice and need to have a meal.

Nice for a nibble at lunch with a bottle of wine from Flying Fish & Chips opposite. We had the wontons and the pork chop - so good.
