We arrived in Sydney with half our luggage missing and Qantas not being any great help. The concierge, Keiron was brilliant, even offering to keep logging onto the website to keep us informed of any progress, and finally letting us know when they arrived. Great location, close to Opera House, Circular Quays and not too far from The Rocks and Harbour Bridge. Great size room and breakfast was delicious, they even opened up the restaurant for us 15 mins early on the Saturday so we could eat before going out on a trip. Now that's what I call service!!
