Beds not made properly, shower too low, Buffet Breakfast low standard not enough staff the waiter who was on Craig did a great job under the circumstances. air con in room pathetic .

I stayed here for two nights and paid 134 AUD per night. I have stayed nearby at the Best Western Stellar, Travelodge and Rydges World Square and would rate Ibis as my least favourite among these. I tried it because the price was slightly lower. The location is very good and I slept well but overall the feel of the place was a bit downmarket. That said they let me check in early and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Dear Reviewer,

I have spoken to the Housekeeping Manager in regards to the bed not being made in the correct manner. She has gone back to basic's with the staff.
I am sorry you did not enjoy breakfast. It is a full buffet Breakfast offering fresh fruit and a hot buffet Iam sorry Craig did not get help from other staff on duty, We have staff who are able to assist at any time.

Stayed here for 5 nights while on a tour of Australia.

Hotel was ok about a 25 to 30 minute walk to the Harbour Bridge and near to resturants. Chose hotel due to price and you got what you paid for.

The one thing that really did annoy me was that we got to the hotel 2 hours before check-in and had to pay, $7 each, to leave our lugguge in some lockers in the basement.

During the hote period in Sydney one of our CU Units struggled. We called 2 outside companies to assist with the problem. Parts needed to be ordered from the Dakin company which took a couple of days. I am so sorry this happened to the room you were in, we did everything possible to fix the problem unfortunatly it was a part that was out of our hands. The city was fully booked that night. Once we know we were not able to fix the problem in the Cu10 the rooms were placed out of order.
