For what amenities were on offer and the size of the rooms (a little small) I think that $239 for 1 night was a bit expensive.
I travel quite regularly both in NSW and interstate and for a room of this nature (it was a bit dated) I would expect to pay somewhere around $150 for just a room for the night.
