would like to see cleaner room bathroom very marked and grotty
not enough staff when checking out
reducing in parking a bonus
no where to park when arrived to unload luggage
very central but would stay elsewhere and pay the extra to ensure cleanliness and parking

The location and friendly staff was a positive. Availability of a food ordering service 24 hrs was also a plus.

On the negative, walls are thin and easy to hear a lot that is happening outside your room. The internet credit only offers a single log on even though the time its valid for has not lapsed.

Very effecient and friendly front line receptionists - location was fantastic to access the downtown and Chinatown parts of the city. Sometimes, it appeared that the walls were very thin but I was able to have a great nights' sleep in a very comfortable bed.

very thin walls between rooms so i hope u don't won't sleep as u can hear everything
essipacly on a friday and satyrday night because there are three pubs/nightclubs right next to the ibis at world square.
have to pay to store lugage when 90 percent of other accor hotel do that for free. i had to pay 7 dollars for 2 hours which sucks cause you don't get it back.
staff not very friendly.

Hi,
Thank you for you review.

I am sorry you found we had little to offer for Breakfast. It is a buffet and right now it is $12.50 instead of $20.00. We also have a note if you wish the Chef you make you and egg that is not on offer he can.
The Buffett consists of
Selection Juice' -Tea Coffee
4 selections of fruit (Watermelon, peaches, pears, prunes)
Yogurt with strawberry pulp
Fresh pancake machine
Tomatoes fried
Baked beans
Sausages
Bacon
Scrambles eggs
Fruit bread /Wheat Bread/White Bread/Crumpets/Muffins

The Grab and Go menu also offers
Meat Pies
Soup
Toasted sandwiches
Curries

We are a 3.5 star Hotel and do not offer concierge service normally you would pay an extra $100.00 to stay in a hotel with porters. I am sorry you did not like to lockers. I will pass on your comments in regards to the towels, Housekeeping should not have replaced them everyday.

Great location and friendly staff, if understaffed. Check-in was fast, but check-out took 20 minutes wait. The room was booked for two, but were missing a towel. A call to the front desk was met with a puzzled, "what do you want?" after we explained we're missing a towel. Room is clean, with a burn mark on the carpet. Recommended for great home base to explore Sydney city with the basic hotel accommodation.
