Location is great, five minutes away from Kings Cross. Rooms are quite big and well equipped. Big no-no is that wifi is limited (unless booked direct) and no elevator from street to lobby (not convenient with a baby and big luggage). room was located on level 1, 5 meters away from reception and was very noisy in the morning

Dear jtflyer,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the convenience of our location and comfort of the room. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay were not up to your expectations. The hotel is located in an old heritage building and therefore it was not possible to build the lift all the way from the street but there is an elevator from reception level to the 4th floor. As you have already mentioned the wifi access is unlimited for the guests who book directly with us (among other benefits). We apologise for the noise, ground level gets usually busy in the morning and it is hard to eliminate the noise completely.

We do hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back in future. If you plan to stay in Sydney again please do not hesitate to contact us to get the most suitable room for the best price.

Kind regards,
Guest Relationship Manager

Everything was very good. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there are several nice caffes near the place for taking some morning snacks. Hotel is in walking distance to most popular sites in the city, e.g. opera house, downtown, gardens etc.

The location was perfect! So close to bars, nightclubs, food places, train station, buses, and walking distance to the CBD. Room was clean and lovely to be in. Only downfall was that we were quite low down (level 2) and it could feel quite trapped in between the buildings on either side, could also get a bit noisy but nothing major. Neither of these things would stop me going again. Would definitely stay here again!

Dear 576brookep,

Thank you for your lovely review, it was our pleasure to have you stay with us! The location is indeed excellent with many restaurants and cafes around, close to public transport and so easy to get to the city. If you like to have a view, next time please book one of our Executive King Rooms, they face the street and have plenty of natural light.
We look forward to welcoming you back.

Kind regards,

Good clean rooms in great location in the Cross. Close to the train, rooms not too noisy. Not on the main drag but close enough to be in amongst the action. Lately the Cross is cleaning up so felt safe.

Need to improvise - kitchen wise ( oven, refrigerator, laundry facility). Kings cross being party area , it is terrible to sleep on weekends. Hotel should provide some noise proof environment in rooms.
