We went there especially for the lamb dish on the menu. After we had placed our order, we were then told that there was no lamb. When we asked why it was on the menu, we were told they had lamb, but the chef already had five !! tables to prepare, so had no time to make the lamb??!! what does the chef do when the restaurant is full [the were still a lot of tables free]. Apparently their delivery had arrived late, so chef was stressed, and had no time to prepare the lamb. We have heard a lot of lame excuses from incapable chefs before, but from a chef in a restaurant that commands the prices this place does, one would expect someone who can deliver under stress, and certainly if they have only 5 tables to serve. On top of all this, they did not offer us any water, juice or bread to compensate for the lack Having said that, the salad that my partner settled on and my sirloin was very good. Price probably ok for the type of place this one strives to be, but then they should get their kitchen in order.
