I have received a recommendation to go to this restaurant and to try the set menu. Unfortunately, due to the lack of flexibility of the restaurant, I was not able to taste this. We were two and they demanded that my wife also has to the the set menu. No clue why because when we ordered a la carte the food cam anyway in random order. Anyways, the food itself was average. The chicken was slightly undercooked, the we had much better Wagyu in other places and the scrim popcorn was rather boring. The pork belly was excellent and the Sushi roles as well. For the price I am sure that you can find nicer places.

Great food, wine and dessert. Had the zucchini flowers, duck pancake, assorted tempura and Sakura Belgian waffle. All very nice and great service.

Business dinner and we decided to do the king fish jalapeno and Chef's suggestions with paired Sake and Wine. All meals were exquisite with fresh ingredients, the right sauces and appropriate sake selection.

Great atmosphere and the staff were attentive and extremely efficient.

Although we only had a couple of hours before going to the theatre, the friendly staff were able to give us a wonderful experience in this bustling restaurant with great atmosphere. We shared a selection of great contemporary Japanese dishes that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return when we have more time to enjoy this great experience.

Dined here with my boyfriend during a brief two day trip to Sydney. The restaurant was rammed with a really lively atmosphere which was great. The food was beautiful and considering the location, fairly priced. We finished the with dragon's egg dessert which is great for a bit of romantic theatre to end the meal. A warning of the best kind though - the cocktails are absolutely lethal. Very attentive staff considering how busy the restaurant was. Don't come here for a quiet meal or meeting as the restaurant is loud, but this makes it the perfect place to eat before a night out.
