Great decor, lovely server, great special breakfast of large mushroom with bearnaise sauce and poached eggs. But a few gripes, which won't stop us going back but...

1/ the special was advertised at $19. We were charged $18 with an extra $2 for the mushroom???? Watch the till!

2/ No bearnaise sauce they had run out. Okay things happen but really...

3/ Opens at 0630 but no mention that breakfast is from 0730am. Prior to that you can only get coffee.. Mucked us up a bit.

4/ Cleanliness is starting to slip. Toilets not good and just an air or griminess. Again, there had been a function on the night before so it may be a one off. I hope so as we otherwise really enjoy this place.

The food is great.

My wife and I stopped in for a mid morning coffee. The atmosphere was strange, not our scene but we weren’t there for the atmosphere, we just needed a good coffee. Before we set off exploring the town. We didn’t get that either sadly, there was a good inch and a half of froth on my flat white and the coffee was reasonably weak.
I would have liked to have brought this to the waiters attention at the time but we never saw him again after he delivered the coffees.

Heard about this new cafe and had to check it out. Wow was I surprised. As soon as you walk in, you are taken in with the ambience of the cafe. With stain glass windows to beautiful press metal on the ceiling and the amazing graffiti art on the walls. Greeted as soon as we walked in with an inviting smile. Ordered a vegetarian burger and coffee. Very tasty and filing. Price was reasonable, some items were a little pricey but wouldn't mind paying a little extra as felt comfortable and inviting. Coffee is blended by the cafe and is very rich and smooth. Highly recommend to every age group.

I'm lucky enough to work close to this cafe. Always look forward to our Monday & Thursday coffee runs and they never disappoint. Efficient and friendly staff.

Great atmosphere, amazing food, fantastic coffee. Such a wonderful addition for Coffs, dark little laneway and amazing artworks-everything and more that you would get in the most cosmopolitan city.
