It is unfortunate to arrive at a remote country location and then not be able to sleep from the incessant sound of barking dogs. Earplugs are essential. Although the young couple that run the restaurant and hotel are sincere, the quality of food is substandard. For example, the pasta at dinner had a few chunks of zucchini. For breakfast a small amount of yogurt was served in a bowl, no cereal or fresh fruit. Rooms are very dark and moist and cold.

Thanks for reviewing our property.

Sorry find a disconnect between what you told us during your stay, complimenting specifically of the room and the pasta, the latter especially appreciated by vegetarians because all the products are at km 0 collected daily from our garden, homemade pasta with cherry tomatoes zucchini and salt ricotta.

We would like to also specify that our dogs are closed every night to avoid disturbing, but in the countryside there are many other dogs free.

The room where you stayed is the most popular and the most typical. We are sorry that you missed the atmosphere of a rustic farmhouse 800, although several times made us many compliments.

I wonder why you did not mention the breakfast the one homlette that were served, especially for you, after having led also tart, cake, and croissants with fresh yogurt and orange juice and a hot drink.

We care for our customers and we hope to see you again.

Thanks to all the staff.

This lovely old renovated farmhouse is just an hour from Rome but you feel like your in the middle of the countryside far from the city. Its beautifully done, cozy and relaxing. We took our dog who enjoyed meeting new animals such as geese, mules and cows. It was unfortunately a miserable weekend but the place was so beautiful and cozy that it didn't really matter. They had the fireplace and heaters on at night and the bed had a wonderfully warm feather duvet to keep us cozy. They also provided a baby crib for our kid and made that nice and cozy too.
They have a lovely restaurant and the food was delicious at a fantastic price.
The only surprising thing was that at night, at least from our room, we could hear people talking in the next room even though they were talking in a normal tone. We could also hear the shower and toilet flush from the other room. Usually these places have pretty thick walls so I was a little surprised to hear these sounds come through the walls. Fortunately the sounds did not wake up our kid so we still managed to get some sleep.
Some suggestions would be to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels.
I would definitely go back and highly recommend this place for some fresh air, good food and landscape.

Me and my friend stayed in Santa Giusta for one night on our pilgrimage to Rome. Great rooms, very good homemade food and excellent host. The best was that they cleaned my pilgrim clothes and that was not a easy task Recommended from us

As expected, the house and rooms were filled with charm and the family and dogs were welcoming (the "guard goose" only slightly less so). The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed and the surroundings were appropriate bucolic. The dinner was fantastic, right down to the Vin Santo and coffee. If in the area again, I will certainly stay here.
