The restaurant is in the small town of Patones Arriba at the end of a long, narrow and winding two way road. The restaurant is small and uses all flat areas available. Decoration is simple. It has air condition which is essential in the summer even in the mountains near Madrid. The food is traditional. The ingredients are good quality and cooking and seasoning are fine. Service was good despite the high attendance. Price is very good. There is an attractive menu with good choice of first and second dishes. The “judiones” (big beans) and the “rabo de toro” (bull’s tail) were very tasty. As a curiosity, the restaurant sells also raw products. We bought tomatos, excellent
