We went on a Saturday and made a reservation for the terrace four days prior for a celebration. The waiter got it wrong and gave our table to another group and the owner offered us an alternative which was average, at best. During the meal, the first and second courses were all brought out at different times (not good). They staff and kitchen appeared to be overwhelmed by the number of customers and had difficulties in coping. However, the staff and owner all were very friendly and good natured (very good point). They offered a set menu for 25 euros which has quite good value for money. Food was ok. --The village is quite small and they do receive a lot of visitors during the weekend. Do expect a 30 to 40 minute bumper-to-bumper traffic if you arrive past noon. They do not have parking infrastructure for so many cars. Overall, it seems that both the village and the restaurant are not prepared for that amount of visitors. I doubt I would consider returning to either during the weekend.
