With temperatures of 40+degC we were looking for a light meal when we visited Casa Paco. The owners, like most others in this area, spoke very little English but that was fine and we muddled through.
The host was keen to push the local dishes of Callos (tripe) and Fabada (a stew with pork, black pudding, chorizo and white beans). Both are hot and heavy meals - great for winter but not in a heatwave. Still, the host brought a small taster bowl for us to try gratis so can't say fairer than that.
Ended up ordering a couple of house salads and a couple of beers which was more than enough for lunch.
