You may well be invited into the Taverna's kitchen to choose what you want to eat from the pans on the hobs. George, the owner of the hotel Xenia and taverna is the chef. He cooks some delicious meals, including a barbecue of chicken or goat on some evenings. He uses local ingredients cooking some amazing dishes with courgettes, aubergines and peppers. He also uses fish which they have caught in Skafia the same day. His slow cooked local lamb in olive oil is very tasty.You may be offered a complementary glass of Raki after your meal.
