We ate here twice and both times our dinners were very nice. Steak, fish calamari and salads were good standard fare, and the service was prompt and efficient. Mind you, we went mid-week. No hesitation recommending the club for dinner, from our experience.

Like surf clubs, worked for one for 16 years, normally good views this not to bad but let down by those dirty plastic sheets, I know there for protection from the elements but surely you can come up with something better than that. There does seem to be some renovation going on, probably why 3/4 of the pokie machines were down which didn't leave many left too play, so hopefully the renovation goes well.
Staff were nice, warm and helpful.
Food. Alot better than I expected after seeing a dirty kitchen and dirty, unshaven, unironed, chef's you guys should know better first impressions are half the battle. My Partner had the pomegranate salad with kofts very nice, myself I had the duck, confit it was not and overcooked to death but nice flavors, fries very good.
Overall would like to come back after renovation, and with a little bit of effort, the look and food of this place will be top notch

We decided to have a birthday lunch a little closer to home and the Bribie Surf Club was the choice. Excellent as usual - it's some time since we've been here but we've never been disappointed. The balcony is spacious and airy with views over the bay to Moreton Island. The service was impeccable. As a treat, we both ordered the Fishermen's (seafood) lunch which is a specialty of the club. With a tasty salad, some chunky chips, a generous piece of tasty battered barramundi, several strips of tender calamari, three very large very fresh king prawns and two lightly seared scallops in a lovely sauce on the shell, we could ask no more - except for the nice cold beer to accompany it. Well worth the drive and the cost. We'll be back, many more times.

I enjoyed a nice rib fillet steak and salad at the surf club . Very nice atmosphere and usually enjoy good views of Moreton Island and ships passing to or from Brisbane on the deck. I have often brought friends to this venue in the past for the great meals and the ambience. A great choice of dishes offered with the menu.
