We loved the place. Stayed there for three nights in September, during shoulder season. We booked a sea-view standard room which boasted a mind-blowing panorama over the Gulf of Finland and generally was cozy, comfortable, tidy, practical and warm (important when it's windy outside).
Service was professional and friendly, chambermaids did a great job, girls at the reception desk were genuinely hospitable, rather knowledgeable and well-trained. Smörgåsbord breakfast was gorgeous and lavish, their home-marinated salmon tasted like real Scandinavian lax and they offered kids buffet as well. Marvellous!
It was slightly puzzling, however, so see rather a basic bathroom with inexpressive tiles in otherwise an elegant room. One could also open only a balcony door that is there were no ventilation windows so at night draught was a drag. Number of plugs is insufficient either so do take a couple of electric tee sockets with you or ask their receptionists. Sound insulation is not perfect - guests above had fun and booze till midnight and we could distinctly hear not only them moving chairs but also cackling. Pain in the ... back.
But all these trifles do not mean that the place is not worth staying at. To the contrary!
Flatly recommended. You won't regret it.

We stayed at Terijoki Hotel for 6 nights. One of the best hotels I have even been to! The food is delicious (specially breakfast and sushi dishes, which are served on weekends). Customer service is top notch. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily (bed sheets and towels changed every day). We had a bouquet of flowers in the room, however we did not have a vase for it and we put it in the bottle of water. While cleaning the room, housekeeping staff brought a nice vase and put the bouquet in it. Such a nice touch!
We had a room that was facing the water. The view was breathtaking! Also had the best sleep on the comfortable bed.
On the last day I had a massage, which was a great experience. The massage therapist is so professional and definitely knows how to perform his job the best he can.
Overall we had a blast and hopefully we will come back soon! Thank you everyone who works at Terijoki Hotel!

It was our second stay here - again we came for a relaxing weekend on April (previous one was a month ago). What was our surprise that in the room we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and eggs and Russian easter pie. It turned out we came on Easter eve. SPA was great, as well as the breakfast. On breakfast you can take salmon and a white wine/champagne.
