Nice camping, be careful on arrival - we missed the crossroads and had to hark back. The beach is 10 minutes of walk far but we didn't find how to cross the mouth of the river. There is a small minimarket (fresh baguettes every day) and a restaurant in the camp. Price is reasonable - 20 Euros per person (tent, car). Bathrooms are clean and spacious but little bit oldfashioned. The receptionist can speak English and is very nice.

It's a very free camping, with mini-market, a good restaurant, bar, a pool and a little gym area. There are several bathrooms that are clean but almost completely outdoor. Prices are affordable, although not cheap. You can find a beautiful beach in 10 minutes walk.
We spent 2 night in this camping set in a convenient position to explore the Agriates and the Ostriconi beach. The beach is not particularly beautiful. The camping reception is not the kindest and not really helpful, actually quiet annoying. Toilets are quiet dirty. Avoid it if you can or consider it a stop and go camping.
You have some alternatives to the camping though, some Auberge a la Ferme (farms renting rooms) very close to the place which I would recommend when you need a stop driving the D197 west. The road from the Ostriconi to Ile Rousse is really worth driving, it's a short wonderfully panoramic road.
Be aware: it can be extremely busy on high season's rush hours, so plan not to cross it when tourists are getting back from the beaches.
Not to miss a drive through the D71 through Belgodere and Speloncato lovely villages and eagles flying above your head down in the valleys.
Chacun peut penser ce qu'il veut.Nous savons que la beauté est quelque chose de très subjective.Je rappellerai simplement que la plage de l'ostriconi fait la une chaque année des magazines de voyage.Par ailleurs ,le site de l'ostriconi et la plage ont été classé par arrêté ministériel pour leur grande beauté.Désolé que nous n'ayons pas les mêmes critères...
