Very cosy, very familiar, friendly staff. Very clean room recently renewed. Hotel restaurant with typical, Portuguese style homemade food. Breakfast with great variety of fruits, bread, croissants, cereals, yogurts, coffee, etc. Bar service, room service. To be perfect lacks a swimming pool, but very near the main center and beach (2 minutes walk).

Room Tip: stayed in different rooms, all very nice and quiet.

Good value for money. Was our first time at hotel Miramar and we loved it. The hotel is very quiet and the owners are very attentive. Sao Pedro de Moel is a beautiful village. Only 20 km from lovely Leiria(east) and 8 km from another nice beach, Vieira(north).

Stayed two nights on holidays, We enjoyed the overall easy feeling of the hotel, the simple décor, the family owners care and the dining room area and balcony. The hotel is centrally located at São Moel Beach, no need for car use to access nearby beaches, restaurants or parks.
Half the rooms, ocean view, have been recently refurbished.
Simple but good breakfast
Definitely will stay again

Room Tip: Refurbished rooms have sea view.

You have to remind yourself that this is a 2 star hotel. This being said, it was been recently and nicely renovated, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has wi-fi, the restaurant looks good (didn't try it), nice outside area. The price is excellent.
If there are any remarks to be made is the breakfast. Not more than average.
The town is very lovely and well worth a visit.

Room Tip: Balcony with sea view!

If you want to rest, go to São Pedro de Moel, a very little village at the beach. The forest meets the sea, and at night it's nice to walk around the area, surrounded by a fresh cooling sea breeze and pine tree scent. There is nothing in this place but a small beach and a big salt water swimming pool, at the beach. Miramar hotel is very close to the beach (approx. 200 mtrs). If you want to rest, this place is ideal. One or two little supermarkets serve the area. The streets are very clean and nice. There are some nice restaurants around and some stay open until late. The hotel has yummy food though and I am sure you will find it easier to have your meals there while you stay in Miramar. Very nice and polite employees treat you like family relatives. Price: I paid 105 euros per night, in a family bedroom with 3 beds, with bathroom, with breakfast included and either lunch or dinner also included. Drinks are not included. Leiria Shopping is only 20 minutes by car. It was a very nice time spent in São Pedro de Moel and the hotel is soooo convenient just there. My 7 year-old-son loved it! Thank you Miramar Hotel!

Room Tip: As there is no noise at all in this blessed place by the beach any rooms are perfect to stay. If you have children the family rooms are nice. (Helpful tip: Be sure though that you get a room that has a balcony to hang the wet beach towels to dry. My room didn´t have one, next time I know, but the hotel was full so even though I was lucky to get that room).
