This restaurant is right in the middle of Forli old town.
If visiting by car, be careful of the parking restrictions, as the evening we were there when we left, we noticed several cars with parking tickets.
Although advertised as a restaurant / pizzeria, from our visit two weeks ago, most of the clients were eating of the main menu and only two tables had pizza which I may add looked very good.
The dining room is quite large and for once the tables are well spaced with comfortable chairs and "crisp" linen.
The menu is typical Romagnolo, i.e. predominately meat, but there are fish selections available.
We enjoyed an antipasto of mixed meats, (one between two was enough) followed by cappelletti cooked in butter with sage and a very nice risotto with rucola.
The tagliato steaks with parmigiano & rucola were perfect as was the salad and grilled vegetables.
There is an extensive wine list with some real "gourmet" selections, but we stuck to a more economic Sangiovese Superiore which was very nice.
Service was excellent without being intrusive.
So yes we enjoyed our visit!
Not the cheapest establishment we have dinned in, but at £55 for two we considered it very good value for money.
