We spent three days and nights at the Scandic in Seinäjoki. It is a rather simple but very nice and clean hotel. People are super friendly and the breakfast is very, very good! The hotel is very close to various restaurants and supermarkets and very close to the local train station. Back in Seinäjoki we wold choose this hotel again.

Taking safety measures
We were checked in in completely dirty room (after repair works). Not many excuses after. Maid woke us up at 8 a.m. Offered coffee as excuses. Extremely old property with poor service. Verity on breakfast is ok, but presentation and cleanliness were awful.
It's an old Cumulus hotel turned to Scandic hotel. Nothing really to complain, but nothing extraordinary to praise for. Located in the heart of the city, so it's easy to walk around and see the city. Hotel is close to the public transportations, but so are all the other options.
The title really says it all, you get what you pay for. a Scandic hotel is a middle class business/family no nonsense hotel with soap and shampoo dispensers fixed to the bathroom wall. Cleanliness OK. Cerntral location. Friendly staff. Some Scandics give you good dark brew coffee at breakfast, this one not.
I was staying hotel one night. There was hot in the room and now window. Decoration of hotel was like in "cruise boat to Sweden".
Service was friendly, but the facilities and rooms are old and not nice. Location is good, railway station is nearby and campus area is quite near (1 km).
I visited first time in this new Scandic hotel that previous was Cumulus.
Room was totally renovated and was very nice and clean. But... room temperature was +26 and AC didn't work and there wasn't possibility to open window. TV was new but I had to adjust it to work by myself. Restaurant was ok and Ceasar sallad too but not the best one. Staff was very friendly, great job.
