A fabulous dinner at Molskroen last week! Every dish exquisite, but in particular, the main meat course was absolutely brilliant, the best veal chop we have ever had! Prepared right in front of our table by the new amazing head-chef Steffan Villadsen. We received really great service, in beautiful surroundings and with a classic Nordic 'hyggelig' atmosphere which lifted the spirits tremendously on this very cold spring evening. We had the 'Spring Menu' which was a great composition of courses. If you are after a great Nordic cuisine experience in every sense of the word Molskroen is the place to go! :-)
