I ordered a family room over Booking.com in the morning and have been informed in the afternoon by the hotel that the room was not available any more (even if I paid already by credit card) because a guest called directly in the hotel. Staff was kind and contacted me over phone, but this does not excuse the double booking. At the end of the day, I cannot rate the quality of the hotel, as we had to find another place.
