“Disappointed”

We stayed in the Sidney, which IS small, the towels were tired, shabby and dirty!, no toilet paper . There was still crockery in the drying cupboard from the previous tenants !! Not all the hob worked
The bedroom is small you can barley walk round the bed, we found there was very little space to store things ie like our suitcase, so we kept them outside in the garden !! the sun longer was quite tired looking also with no cushion to sit on , the seat pads on the patio table were ripped with the foam coming out and again very shabby, the place lacked any TLC. It states that 4 people can stay here, which we feel is very misleading as the other foldaway bed is in the kitchen!!!..it is only really big enough for two people....wifi connection was useless..

“Sea views and incredible sounds and smells”

With rooftop sea views and a 5 minute drive away from wonderful beaches this property has an incredible location near the southern tip of Puglia's Salento region. The vegetation is beautiful, including dozens of olive trees. The accommodations are simple but comfortable and located within an attractive, white-washed building complex (the main house is in the middle, the rentals are located on either side of it and offer a good amount of privacy). The kitchen was small but well-equipped with an oven and dishwasher (but bring your own dishwashing soap) and there's a washing machine for laundry. The only thing the property lacks is a swimming pool -- there's an immense courtyard that would be the perfect location for one -- but given the close proximity to wonderful beaches a pool isn't a necessity. We found Elisabetta to be very kind and helpful and we would love to stay at her property again.

Liked best: the sounds and smells of the Macchia (Mediterranean dry scrub) that surrounds the property
Liked least: lack of a swimming pool (but it was only a 5 min. drive to the sea)
