The most beautiful view from the balcony. Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed, thank you Maria, greetings from Poland
We stayed for a week and loved it! Very modern and clean. The view from the terrace was amazing. Great location steps from the beach yet quiet at night. Very relaxing.
You do have to go upstairs to enter so if that’s an issue please bear in mind.
We would definitely stay again.
Just spent a week at the apartment and had the most amazing time with my family ( 6 adults) we hired a car and drove to Sesimbra we dropped our luggage off at the apartment and then parked our car in the free car park near the supermarket which s really easy, and only a 5 minute walk
Casinha Da Avo is a beautiful apartment with stunning views the beach is literally on the doorstep, we had everything we needed for a great stay and more!
Sesimbra itself is a quaint town with plenty of local restaurants, shops and places to walk plus the beach
i would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit Portugal
Thanks for a great holiday
The sound of the ocean from the master bedroom windows or the balcony would be worth the price of the rental in and of itself. Not to mention the view. The apartment is beautiful, spotless and cheerful. The host has chosen furniture and appliances that accommodate the space.Every need was anticipated, from a folder with instructions on the use of the appliances, to tips on what to do in the area. We were two teenagers and 2 adults, and felt at home. Our flight back to New York was cancelled and our stay extended and Maria was helpful in ensuring that our re booking of the apartment was seamless. Would definitely go back
A very well equipped and stylish apartment on two floors - modern furniture, very comfortable bed and unbelievable views from the terrace and the double bedroom which has windows the whole way round the room - never had a sea view as good as this one! Just steps away from the wide, sandy beach, at the same time as being located in a cobbled, traditional street so you are on the doorstep of amazing restaurants and shops. Very uncommercialised and authentically Portuguese, great quality food on offer, would especially recommend Casa Mateus and the fish stew - a huge pot that we only managed half of! Lisbon is just under an hour away on the local bus costing 4.5 euros - lovely city with plenty to see and do, a day wasnt long enough! Would love to return to see more of this beautiful area.
