May 2010. The food quality nor the service resembles any Michelin star restaurant I've visited. Service is mediocre, without manager nor maitre nor even the Chef! Food is far below standard and they should lose the star immediately, its an insult to Michelin. It's obvious standards have fallen over the last 2 years and probably - should- close. The menu at 65€ is very expensive for whats served. Wines are well overpriced. Table service is sloppy, food served haphazardly and men sometimes first, leaning across to serve wine, and presenting and removing plates without care for etiquette.
Food was served almost raw, and the waitresses offered to re cook it , in whats supposed to be a first class restaurant !! Desert had to be returned for the strawberries were either dry or rotten .
