Ideally situated next to the river - although it was winter we did take the bikes and had a good time on the trails along the river.
The hotel is small but very cosy, with an excellent restaurant. We do stay a lot in this area and the restaurant is among the best in the lower sile region.
Parking is free and the rooms are spotless.
Venezia is 30 minutes by train from Quart d`Altino station.

This was our second visit to this gorgeous hotel in 18 months. There were 7 of us this time in total in four rooms on the second floor. The Hotel arranged a transfer for all of us from Marco Polo Airport which was on time and very convenient. Our rooms were very clean and tidy and had coffee and tea making facilities, safe, toiletries if needed , fridge and slippers.
Each of the rooms were different but all excellent and comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely with a selection of cereal, hot food, cold meat and cheese and pastries, also juices, fruit and coffee or tea.
The staff and owners were very efficient and most helpful in all respects - even to the point of arranging taxi to train and return.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Staff were lovely and spoke a number of languages which made it easy to communicate! They helped us sort out a taxi transfer from/to the airport Marco Polo which cost 40 euros one way so you can email them before you fly out. Nice hotel to get away from the busy-ness of venice. Very quiet, grounds could have done with a bit of a clean but probably just because of the season. Otherwise was lovely!
Hotel provide a shuttle service to the train station which cost 3 euros return, the train then costs about 7 euros return and takes 30 minutes. Staff explain how to get there and back and provided a map! You purchase the tickets from the machines which translate in english. Simple to use once you get used to it. The italians are more than helpful if you get stuck! The hotel also provide excursions but probably cheaper to use the public transport in venice (we used a water taxi to get to murano and burano and then discovered the public ferry is a lot cheaper).
Breakfast was decent and rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the standard room which was spacious and cosy. Every amenity you would need is available (tea, coffee, hairdryer, tv, toiletries etc). The room has a free electronic safe to use and was very clean (cleaned every day). The staff were very helpful and did everything with a smile. They went through how to get to Venice from the hotel as soon as we checked in, giving us a map with all the train times on them. They also offer a shuttle bus transfer to the train station and offer to pick you up when you arrive back in Quarto D'Altino. (€2 single; €3 return.) The hotel itself is surrounded by lovely grounds and has a pool to use outside. In the morning, a free buffet breakfast is on offer and is really tasty, a highlight of the trip. The restaurant inside the hotel,La Corte, offers beautiful food as well. Excellent hotel. We will be returning in the future for certain.
