We only stayed one night and booked last minute so got a really good deal. Unfortunately our room could not have been further away from reception so quite a trek as a large hotel. The room was really large with a sofa and two chairs in. Really clean, good tv and lucky enough not to be overlooked at all. Comfortable bed. The shower howlever was the worst I have ever had in a hotel, just a dribble of water ,nice lounge and bar area.

We arrived shortly after a long morning hoping to have a bite to eat. Approached the reception desk and was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist who quickly booked us in and handed us our room key. We were pointed towards the first floor just a few steps up around from the bar area, through the the white double doors. The doors swung open with little effort and low and behold, well please see the embedded picture for the truth...at least they were polite and made eye contact.

We got a cheap night here and we were cautious due to reading reviews on here but were surprising pleased .
Was a bit steep to pay to park however. Large room bathroom let it down though as it was in need of modernising . The bedside lamps had European plugs so didn’t plug in and were just for decor. We had lovely food in the bar and the staff were helpful . Overall couldn’t fault it for the price

We stayed here for one night for a relaxing family time. 100% to the hotel staff for making sure we were welcomed and treated very well.

Special mention for the exceptional dinner staff who went on board catering the demands from our 8 months old. Little things like this help parents like us settle and relax.

The leisure facilities were also in great condition although the spa pool was not working during our stay. The reception was quick enough to allay any of our queries or request.

Overall, a great impression and will recommend highly.

Room Tip: Exceptional food, especially dinner

We stayed here for one night as we had done Cadbury world and then west Midland safari park the next day, we got an amazing deal staying at the hotel with breakfast and safari park tickets £114. I would recommend staying. You get what you pay for, It was clean and tidy, our room was a twin double so for me my husband and our 5year old we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. There our a couple of point I would like to say!
No children option on the menu ( we found a harvester just down the road).
Parking is £5 for the night ( you and come and go within that time).
At around 4am we had dogs barking next to our room, I though I was dreaming.
The hotel is around 45mins away from the safari park, but a good night stay all in all.
Would we stay again! YES 100%.
Amazing value for money welcoming clean and tidy, yes bathroom a bit dated but you don’t spend much time in there .
