I hope we have the right Restaurant, the one in the Movenpick at the airport.

There is not much choice when you stay at the airport hotel, it is not like you can wander around and take your pick.

We were not hopeful but the experience turned out to be very positive. We both had the veal in the mushroom sauce which was very tender and the crispy potatoes were fabulous.

I have to say the service was efficient but could not said to be friendly.

It was a good experience to end a frantic day.

We usually have Friday lunch with friends from work here. Today when we asked for the usual "stamp Mittag card" the staff was very rude and nearly thrown the card on the table in front of us. It was just rude. This is not acceptable to deal with customers this way. Very disappointing.

Typical for a convenient hotel next to the airport. Average Swiss buffet food. Waitress only cleans the table you go pick up your own food

As for the hotel, the food is actually good, but the rest is lacking. Service was extremely slow - with a 20 minute wait until our order was taken and not even an apology afterwards. Some strange practices such as it seems you can not refill the salad bar plate.

I understand Switzerland is expensive, but around 25 CHF for a sausage or a burger seems high.

While most hotel buffets offer more of the same, this buffet had a greater variety of breakfast choices than what we expected. Many breakfast items to choose from and Chef was ready to cook your eggs/omelette to order. Good way to end Greek Islands vacation and prepare the long flight home with airplane food to look forward to for the next 9 hours. Ouch!
