I have always wondered why machine-made foodstuff is in a form that's difficult and messy to eat (spaghetti) and failing decent taste experiences other than traditional Finnish 'makaronilaatikko' - either at school or home, with lots of ketchup, of course - have kept me reckon pasta only as low value compressed wheat flour.
Lamb fillet pasta Agnello changed my opinion.
Fresh pasta is made on the spot using good quality ingredients and seasoning with care. Lamb was tender and tasty with garlic and parmegiano. Pasta strips were thick, suitable al dente and easy to handle without messing your face and clothes. Delicious!
It was nice to notice that even at lunch time customers are conducted to tables and service rolls smoothly. Pleasant, homey atmosphere keeps you staying longer than somewhere else but if you are just after gobbling a quick lunch in a hurry this is not your place.
